WEBSITE FEEDBACK
Your message stays private.
Updated 20 October 2026.
Mike Bonard manages feedback sent through this website. This page explains the website feedback form; it does not replace the privacy information supplied with the tools.
What is collected
The form stores the tool, feedback type, optional version, message and optional email address you enter, together with submission and status-update times. Do not send passwords, access keys, PC connection numbers or sensitive personal information. Attachments are not accepted.
How it is used
Mike uses messages to investigate problems, prioritise improvements and, if you provide an email address, reply about your feedback. Providing an email is optional. Messages and addresses are not published or used for marketing.
Storage and access
Feedback is stored in a private Cloudflare-hosted database. The management inbox requires Mike's authorised owner sign-in. Cloudflare processes the data to provide hosting and security; its infrastructure may process data outside your country. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Spam prevention and retention
The service uses a short-lived form token, a hidden spam-check field and submission limits. The application derives a daily salted fingerprint from the network address for these limits; it does not save the raw address in the feedback database. Form tokens expire after 20 minutes, and rate-limit records are removed after their expiry. Cloudflare may separately process network addresses for its own hosting and security services.
Feedback and any optional email are automatically removed from the active inbox after 12 months and may be deleted sooner. Cloudflare's database recovery history may retain deleted records for up to a further 30 days. There is no advertising or tracking cookie in the feedback form.
Questions or removal requests
Use the feedback form to ask Mike about a message or request its removal. Include its submission reference if you have it, and an email if you would like a reply.
