MBUT DISK SPACE EXPLORER — 0.39.0

Open Disk Space Explorer from the MBUT home screen. Choose a drive from the
list, type a full folder/network path, or use Browse, then select Scan.
Scanning reads directory metadata; it never reads file contents, deletes files,
changes permissions or automatically downloads cloud placeholders.

The folder view ranks immediate subfolders by their recursive total and shows
direct files. Double-click a folder or press Enter to go inside. Up and Scan
root return to parent/root. Largest files shows the largest 200 files anywhere
in the scanned location. Column headings sort by name, type, numeric size,
percentage or file count. Filter searches the names and paths currently listed.
Open location opens Windows Explorer (selecting a file when appropriate).

The left chart shows the eight largest items. Folder percentages refer to the
current folder's total; the Largest files view uses the scan root total.
Sizes use binary units (KiB, MiB, GiB). These are logical file lengths, NOT
allocated storage or filesystem free/used capacity. Hard links count once per
name. Compression, sparse files, cloud placeholders, alternate data streams,
filesystem metadata and protected areas can make these totals differ from
Windows' used-space figure. Nothing is labelled reclaimable space.

Folder links, junctions and mounted folders are not followed, preventing loops
and accidental traversal into another volume. Select the original location for
a separate scan. Unreadable folders are counted and reported under Scan details;
their parents are explicitly marked partial. Stop returns partial results and
does not begin another directory listing automatically. A blocked network or
device call may need to return before cancellation takes effect.

Scanning keeps folder summaries plus a bounded top-200 file ranking, rather
than retaining every file in memory. Folder navigation refreshes direct-file
metadata in the background; it shows all discovered subfolders and at most the
largest 1,000 direct files. A notice appears if that file limit is reached.
Folder totals remain the scan snapshot; scan again after files have changed.
The first 100 access errors are displayed, with the full error count retained.

Build: source/Build.ps1 (DiskSpace.cs and DiskSpaceWindow.cs compile into MBUT.exe).
Core tests: compile DiskSpace.cs and DiskSpaceTests.cs with the .NET Framework
C# compiler, System.dll and System.Core.dll; run with a fresh temporary directory
on NTFS. Tests create a sparse file, hard link, junction, and a temporary denied
folder (its original ACL is restored in finally). Use a test directory only.
UI check: build with -TestHarness -DesktopOnly; run Recovery UI Test.exe
--ui-space-smoke PATH_TO_SMALL_READABLE_FIXTURE REPORT_PATH.

Disk Space Explorer is a desktop MBUT feature. Existing Rescue images and the
four-entry USB boot menu are unchanged by this release.
